in 1885 by a group of Jewish philanthropists who hoped to
relieve the overcrowding in homes in the East End of London.

In 1952, it became the Industrial Dwellings Society (1885) Ltd.

Local Offer 2012

The Tenants Forum have been working on the 'Local Offer' for the year April 2012 -  March 2013.  This has been approved by the forum and will be presented to the Board at the next meeting.  The offer sets out the level of service expected from IDS and how this is monitored.  A copy of the document can be downloaded by clicking here

Following the the introduction of the six standards by Tenants Service Authority, IDS will present a quarterly report to monitor

Local Offer

 

The Tenants Forum approved the ‘Local Offer’ in October 2010. The Local Offer sets out the service standards to be provided by IDS to its tenants. The Forum members have now approved how those standards will be monitored and the performance expected from IDS, the results of the monitoring will be presented to them quarterly.
