We are pleased to report that this years survey revealed that 97.3% of those who responded rated our overall service as either satisfactory or good.

Nearly 450 Responses were received and out of the 15 questions requiring tenants to rate elements of our service, 8 showed an increase in satisfactoin from last year with the remaining 7 staying the same.

There was no significant variation of satisfaction between ethnic groups.

We would like to thank all of our tenants who took part in the survey.
