About Ajex House

There are 36 one-bedroom flats and 8 Studio flats. All the flats are self-contained, with central heating and secure entry.

The scheme also has communal facilities including gardens, laundry, lounge and snooker room and a resident scheme manager.

There is a 24-hour alarm call system in place. The rent is in the region of £100 per week and includes heating and hot water and use of the scheme’s facilities.
