About Evelyn Court

Evelyn Court has 320 flats, mostly with two or three bedrooms. A few flats have recently been converted into new one and four bedroom flats.

A major modernisation programme is underway, with properties being brought up to ‘decent homes’ standards. New windows are being installed throughout the estate in stages.

Evelyn Court does not have lifts. It has a children’s playground, a walled games court, a launderette, a community hall and an after school scheme. There is an active tenants’ association. Limited allocated parking is available. Evelyn Court has an estate manager plus three resident caretakers.
