| Baroness Dean to visit IDS Schemes | ||||

| Housing Corporation Chair, Baroness Dean will visit two new housing schemes recently completed by IDS. She will also visit the new Community Centre at the IDS Stoke Newington development better known as Coronation Avenue and Imperial Avenue. The centre includes a new and enlarged estate office, a meeting room and a computer training suite where tenants and others can gain free internet access.
The housing schemes in Vartry Road, N15 and Rowhill Road E5 are of innovative steel frame construction. A particular feature is the very high insulation standard with consequent low heating bills. After the visit Baroness Dean will speak at a reception to be held in Navarino Mansions. |
