In April 2017 apprenticeships in the UK changed. Now apprentices can be of any age and apprenticeships range from level 1 up to higher degree level qualifications at level 6 and 7.  

We have partnered with L&Q to promote their apprenticeships, which have been designed to help you to get your foot on the ladder with an organisation that supports you from beginning to end and beyond. The programme aims to provide individuals with on the job experiences whilst working towards gaining a recognised qualification.

The L&Q Academy manages and delivers their apprenticeship programme by commissioning quality training providers including FE colleges, who are best placed to deliver training for their apprentices. They only work with those who hold OFSTED grade 2 or above and regularly review the performance of our providers and seek to secure new high-quality providers whenever we need them.

Apprenticeship Standards can be used to provide training and qualifications for existing staff as well as new apprentices, and courses can last from 1 to 5 years.
