Programme Manager (Permanent Role)
About the role
This role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements initiated via a number of sources such as Asset Management investment, cyclical maintenance programs and actions from compliance inspections such as Fire Risk assessments.
Assist in the production of costed options & project appraisals, assessing project risk and mitigations. Construct project plans taking account of critical paths and scheduling to ensure successful execution to closure. Ensure adequate controls and monitoring across all projects and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Assess, manage and report on strategic and operational risks in line with Industrial Dwellings Society Asset Management strategy.
You will provide an excellent and professional housing maintenance service. The primary duties include setting the Capital investment programme goals, tasks and timelines, reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.
