Systems and Technology Officer (Permanent Role)
Full Time, Permanent Hybrid Role – approx. 3 days per week office-based

About the role
IDS are seeking a systems and technology officer to join our new Technology and Data Team. As a permanent member of staff at IDS you will provide first line support for business systems, ensuring their smooth running through provision of training and support, coordination of testing and upgrades, and implementing enhancements and configuration changes. The right candidate will have prior experience of Civica Cx – whether as a system administrator, super user, part of an implementation team or similar.
You’ll work in partnership with system vendors and our outsourced IT function to provide a cohesive service and assist colleagues with advanced issues. You’ll help issue and manage devices and provide other technology support.
