Whilst it is anticipated that many people that contract this virus may only feel mild effects, there will be people in your community more adversely affected.

If you know of vulnerable neighbours, drop them a note asking if they are okay. Do they need anything from the shops? Do you have their next of kin’s number in case of emergency?

And remember to keep an eye on Government and NHS advice; keep your hands clean and capture coughs and sneezes in a tissue and dispose of it in a bin.
