All residents can report repairs in their property to EVO

Central heating

Contact our contractor Oakray directly on 020 8370 4707 for any central heating or boiler issues.
Oakray will attend any heating and/or hot water breakdown within 24 hours of being called out, or within 4 hours if it’s an emergency.

Lifts

Contact our contractor Nova Lifts directly on 0845 888 8767 for any lift failures or other lift issues.
