Water safety
Keeping you safe is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that the water systems in your home are clean, safe, and free from harmful bacteria. Here’s what we do and how you can help keep your water systems healthy.
What you need to know
Regular checks & maintenance
We make sure our water systems are regularly tested and maintained to prevent harmful bacteria like Legionella from growing. We carry out risk assessments every 2 years and review them if there are any changes to the building.
Keeping you safe from Legionella
Legionella is a bacteria that can grow in water and cause illness. To prevent this, we make sure water systems are flushed and maintained, especially after periods of non-use. If a property has been empty for a while, we flush the water system before you move in.
