Tenant Satisfaction

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) combine resident survey and management information across key areas including: repairs & maintenance, complaints handling, engagement and building safety. We use this information to identify where we can improve, ensure standards are being met and that we are transparent with you on our performance as a social landlord.
