Following a review of our lift maintenance arrangements, we have appointed a new lift service provider, Nova Lifts, effective from 27th January 2026. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the reliability, safety, and overall performance of the lift systems within IDS buildings.
What this means for residents
There will be no interruption to lift operations during the transition. Nova Lifts will continue to provide high maintenance standards, quick response times, and proactive inspections.
How to report issues with lifts
Please report lift failures and any lift related issues to Nova Lifts directly from Monday 27th January 2026. You can phone their 24/7 emergency breakdown team on 0845 888 8767.
We will provide advanced notice of any routine maintenance visits or works that may temporarily affect lift availability.
