There will be new ways to contact IDS. There will be dedicated phone lines, as shown below, for each service area. This means during office hours, there always be someone able to deal with you.

  1. To report a repair or follow up a repair or discuss  gas servicing: Tel 020 8800 9606 and select No.1 from the options menu, or email repairs@ids.org.uk (include photo of the defect if possible) or login to SeeMyData on our website.
  2. To make a rent payment or discuss your rent: Tel 020 8800 9606 and select No.2 from the options  menu,  or login to SeeMyData on our website.
  3. To discuss rehousing /  transfers: Tel 020 8800 9606 and select No.3 from the options  menu, or login to SeeMyData on our website.
  4. To discuss a housing tenancy issue (ASB, succession, renting a parking bay or storage shed, etc.): Tel 020 8800 9606 and select No.4 from the options  menu, or login to SeeMyData on our website.
  5. To discuss  the payment of an invoice: Tel 020 8800 9606 and select No.5 from the options  menu, or login to SeeMyData on our website.
